The shipping time ranges from slack seasons to peak seasons.

• In the slack season, your order will take about 12-15 working days to customize your dresses by professional dressmakers. And then it will take about 3-5 business days to ship them to your destination.
• In the peak season, it will take longer time than in the slack season. It will take 25-30 business days to tailor your desired dresses and then 3-5 working days to ship them to your destination.

Your products will be delivered to you for free, no matter you are living in Canada, North American, UK, Oceania, and some other countries located in Eastern Asia and South-east Asia. If none of the mentioned places is where you located, please call us or email us to let us know, and we will inform you the shipping fees.

We strive to ensure that all products will meet your satisfaction. All the products are made by our professional dressmakers according to your provided measurements and 90% similar to the photos. And then all the products will go through our quality-checking. Our manufacture experts inspect the style and the size of the dresses several times, and then will ship to you. As a result, our dresses have very low returning-rate.

• In the case, we do the dresses in the wrong size, wrong color, and wrong style, which means the dresses are not the same as you required. You may return them to us and get a full refund. Otherwise, we do not accept returning.
• In the event, you have placed an order on our website and want to cancel it, you can contact us within 12 hours. If your order is under processing, there is no way to cancel it.

Terms and Conditions:

• First make sure the fault is caused by vponsale and should email us pictures of dresses to check the colour, size, and style etc.
• The above policy is only valid if and when:
• Returns are made within 7 days of receiving the dresses.
• Customer should contact Customer Service WITHIN 7 Days of receiving their dresses.
• The returned item must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty or altered.
• A tracking number of the returned dresses must be provided to our Customer Service team together with the reference code issued.
• Should the customer decide to choose a dresses of higher value, the difference will be charged.

When you return the package to us, please pay attention to the following points, if not, customers should pay for the duty:
